EZYSTATE
PROTOTYPE ONLINE FURNITURE RENTAL COMPANY
Ezystate is an online furniture rental company for people transitioning in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We founded Ezystate with the purpose of eliminating furniture waste and recycling furnitures. We strive to give the best price for people transitioning in the Bay Area. The EPA reported that furniture waste in the US accounted for 9.8 million tons. We offer a streamlined service that would take significantly less time for customers from purchasing to assembling the furniture.
Our services include delivery & setup, furniture repair and recycling. Affordable pricing starting at $149/month.
GENESIS
PROTOTYPE AI PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY MOBILE APPLICATION
There are inefficient difficulties regarding the current prescription model:
● Prescription are a hassle to update
● Stock and inventory problems on some select pharmacies
● Paperwork such as insurance information may delay on getting the medication
Prescription drugs are also prone to abuse, and opioid addiction is becoming a real issue
Therefore, our solution is Genesis. Genesis is a prescription delivery application utilizing an A.I. system that analyzes and creates specific medical “profiles” for each patient to record and manage their prescriptions. We would partner with chain drug stores to help them deliver the medicines associated with the patient’s prescription.
Our vision is to revolutionize, secure and improve the way prescription medication is administered. Our mission is to create a system which improves customers’ convenience when purchasing prescribed medication, while creating a secure and preventative system for subsequent prescription drug abuse.
What makes us different from our competition is that our platform emphasizes convenience, efficiency and accuracy for people to obtain their prescribed medication as everything is mobile, digitized, and stored in a secure, decentralized data storage. In addition to that, the prescription purchase history allows preventative prescription abuse method.
The revenue model consists of three tiers. The main tier will be 5% commission fee collected from customers for delivery and system fees. The second tier will be advertisements from health-related products such as OTC medicines and other substitutes. The last tier will be licensing fee collected from companies whom may wish to implement the Genesis system since filing an IP is an essential part of the business.

The new money will be coming from the millennials and there will be 5,000 millennial millionaires made after this year’s IPO in Silicon Valley. Millennials are the generation born between 1981 and 1996, age ranges from 23 to 38. The marketing campaign will be targeting millennials in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. The millennial population in San Francisco is 327,215; Los Angeles has 1,319, 915 millennials and 496,821 millennials in San Diego. Social media marketing and hosting new interesting events are the way to reach the millennial market, because millennials would rather spend money on experience than material. Having golf influencers and fitness influencers at a family friendly event will allow millennials and their family and friends to enjoy their time together. Golf and wine are the spirit of Mayacama, therefore the wine list at Mayacama also needs a spotlight of its own. Have multiple decorative spots for people to take pictures and post on social media for free exposure.
